This study aims to understand the strategy of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and its impact on the management of small projects for Syrians in Gaziantep. The main variables of the study are Customer Relationship Management and Small Project Management. The focus is on the sub-variables of CRM, including technology, customer service, marketing, sales, and employee training. The study centers on the projects of Syrians in Gaziantep, conducting a comprehensive analysis of the challenges and opportunities they face. The research aims to direct attention towards the best ways to enhance the quality of work life in these projects through effective management of relationships and small projects.
