The role of the Lean methodology in managing the total quality system in eliminating institutional risks and challenges

The research aims to study the role of the Lean methodology in improving the performance of the total quality system and analyze how to use the Lean methodology to overcome institutional risks and challenges, as well as examine the effectiveness of the Lean methodology in enhancing the quality of processes in the total quality system and identify factors that may be obstacles to achieving the goals of the total quality system. The importance of improving quality and efficiency in institutional processes and using Lean methodology in management. As well as clarifying the importance of eliminating risks and challenges that may hinder the achievement of institutional goals. The inductive analytical research methodology was used to analyze previous literature and theories that address the research topic to examine the effectiveness of the Lean methodology in the context of the total quality system and to analyze its impact on institutional improvement and overcoming risks. The review showed that the Lean methodology emerges as a very important tool in managing the total quality system, and its main direction is focused on dealing with risk and institutional challenges. The study also indicates that Lean methodology is not limited to being an operational framework, but rather represents a philosophy that highlights the interactions of processes and operational methods in a new way. The study also showed that successful companies such as Toyota, Intel, and others have adopted the Lean methodology and made it an integral part of their organizational culture. By using the Lean methodology, the results showed noticeable improvements in the quality of products and services, which contributed to enhancing customer satisfaction and enhancing competitiveness in the market. Based on the results, we recommend through this research that the Lean methodology be included as an essential part of the strategy of companies and institutions, as it is considered a key factor for improving performance and adapting to changes, as the integration of this methodology contributes to the vision and goals of the organization to ensure that all efforts are directed towards improving the effectiveness of operations and increasing its ability to adapt. With environmental variables. It is also recommended to move towards developing customized training programs on Lean methodology, with the aim of transferring relevant concepts and techniques to employees.

These programs should focus on understanding the vital role that Lean methodology plays in solving problems and promoting continuous improvement, which contributes to building a strong and effective knowledge base.
