التنمر الوظيفي وأثره في الميل للبقاء في القطاعات الصحية المؤسسات الصحية في سوريا
This study aims to identify the impact of functional bullying on the tendency to stay in health institutions, bullying is an independent variable and the tendency to stay is a variable Follow a field study on Tal Abyad General Hospital in the Syrian city of Tal Abyad and its branches, where the study population was represented by all hospital employees (doctors, nurses, administrators), and the study sample consisted of 115 respondents from the hospital in Tal Abyad, and the researcher relied on collecting primary data through the use of the questionnaire tool that was designed In line with this study, the researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach in conducting the study and using the statistical program SPSS V.26 to analyze the study data.
