The paper is contains on sum of the mean points related to the social effects of the war on the Libyan society, it takes logical steps to view this case.
At the beginning concentrate on the concepts of war generally, then give some information about the war, its properties, programs, indications, which it gives to the families and children which suffering from the destroy of war, throw light on the difficulties of the social life which the members of the community face as a result of war, in this kind of societies with some examples to this problems.
In addition, identify the concepts of the cultures war factors and its impact on the level of services which the social institutions give to this countries during the war , finally view the challenges which facing Libya to replace this consequences and begin give the people the development, knowledge, fun in this countries to change the position of retardation from war.
