This study entitled “Maintaining Traffic Security in Light of Necessary Objectives” included an introduction, two sections, and a conclusion. In the introduction, the researchers mentioned the problem of the study, its importance, its objectives, previous studies, the reasons for choosing it, and the methodology used It is a descriptive and analytical method
In the first section, the researchers explained the meaning of security among the advanced and backward, and the researchers chose to define security as “a Muslim’s feeling of reassurance that enables the individual to achieve his worldly and hereafter interests through legitimate means.” Then the researchers clarified the meaning of traffic security and settled on its definition from their point of view, and after that, a summary was made. Some legal evidence according to which traffic security can be established. The second section included an explanation of the importance of traffic security for the individual and society, and some jurisprudential rules supporting this security field. Then the researchers reviewed the most important legitimate means that should be followed to achieve traffic security for individuals and communities, and a statement of the impact of achieving security. Go through each of the five famous necessities.
The research concluded with the most important results and recommendations included at the end of the research.
