One of the advantages and treasures of Islamic law is the emergence of the science of jurisprudential rules and regulations, which is a great art within the science of jurisprudence and its principles, as it regulates the rulings of jurisprudence, coordinates its reasons, and links issues in different chapters with a unified bond and one ruling. It is known that the number of jurisprudential rules and controls is many and unlimited in various sections, as they are scattered in jurisprudential books from all jurisprudential schools of thought, just as jurisprudential issues spread and their types increase according to the passage of time. Jurists and scholars paid attention to the knowledge of the rules and controls of jurisprudence, and one of them is Imam Zain al-Din bin Ibrahim bin Muhammad, known as Ibn Najim al-Masri al-Hanafi (d. 970 AH). He contributed to spreading this great art through blogging and writing so that people would greatly benefit from it when studying issues of jurisprudential rules and regulations in the style of the Hanafi school of thought, and this indicates his great care for this great science.
