الردة وأثرها على عقد النكاح والحقوق المالية المتعلقة به
The subject of the research is entitled «Apostasy and its impact on the marriage contract» and aims to know the effects, and the relative provisions between the parties to the marriage contract in the event that there is what happened apostasy from one of them, when is the contract between them terminated? Is it annulled immediately or after the expiry of the wife’s waiting period and the effect of apostasy on the financial rights of the marriage contract?
The research concluded that the contract is terminated after the expiration of the wife’s waiting period whether the apostate is the husband or wife, and the general Muslims should know these provisions and beware of falling into their causes.
