منهج الإمام البخاري في مختلف الحديث بكتاب الأيمان والنذور في صحيحه
This study talks about Imam al-Bukhari’s approach to the various hadiths in the book Oaths and Vows in his Sahih, by reviewing the disputed hadiths in the book Oaths and Vows in Sahih al-Bukhari after a complete inductive approach to that book, clarifying Imam al-Bukhari’s approach to them, and comparing the hadiths that Imam al-Bukhari included in his Sahih. For some hadiths that are disputed in other books of the Sunnah, to complete the understanding of Imam Al-Bukhari’s approach to the various hadiths in the book “Oaths and Vows” in his Sahih. The study was divided into three sections, the first of which is the first section: an overview of Imam al-Bukhari and his Sahih. The second section: an overview of the various hadiths linguistically and terminologically, and an overview of the various hadiths in Sahih al-Bukhari to understand his approach and the main lines in his dealings with the different ones. The third section: talks about the various hadiths. The hadith according to Imam Al-Bukhari in the book “Oaths and Vows” in his Sahih, which is the goal of the study. The study reached results, the most important of which are: the presence of two cases of disagreement in the book “Oaths and Vows” in his Sahih, with Imam Bukhari taking the approach of combining the hadiths. As for his failure to mention the other different hadiths in the other Sunan books, this was mostly due to their weakness. The study concluded with references and sources.
