This study aims to understand the importance of integrating human resources and international marketing strategies in maximizing the flow of foreign investment. Existing literature and theories related to the topic were analyzed and the relationships and interactions between different variables were clarified. Previous studies have verified that human resources integration plays a crucial role in improving organizations’ performance and increasing their competitiveness in the global market. Research has also shown that international marketing strategies influence firms’ attractiveness to foreign direct investment. The relationships and interactions between the studied variables. The study found that the integration of human resources and international marketing strategies has a positive impact on maximizing and flowing foreign investment. Based on the results, a set of practical recommendations were directed to companies and institutions to improve the integration of human resources and develop international marketing strategies to achieve their goals of maximizing the flow of foreign investment. This research can be used as a basis for future research and to be applied in other relevant contexts to enhance international cooperation and achieve sustainable development.
