حق الطلاق في ضوء الإسلام وآثاره السلبية على المجتمع الأفغاني
In this study, the right to divorce and the reasons for using this right in the Afghan society, the causes of divorce and its negative social and moral effects on the society have been investigated in the light of the Holy Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Prophet.
The purpose of the study is to inform people about the negative causes and negative effects for the permanent safety of the family. The research also adopted the analytical approach.
The value of the study originates from the basic contribution of the family to the social structure, which is undoubtedly based on the life of the wife and the husband, The results of the research show that divorce in Islamic Sharia is the only way to get rid of the problem that is unbearable for the wife and husband as a joint life. In the Afghan society, divorce has many negative effects, such as hostility, Failure to educate children, shame and insult to the woman and her family, and their future life being unlucky, facing economic challenges or getting addicted to bad moral practices are worth mentioning.
