The effect of incentives on improving the quality of innovation, a field case study, Al Bayan Educational Foundation

This research endeavors to study the impact of incentives on performance quality in modern work environments. In an era of rapid and continuous changes across all domains, particularly in work settings, organizations face novel challenges that necessitate adaptation and a pressing need for innovation and professional development in order to thrive and succeed. In this context, the critical role of performance quality in achieving leadership and superiority in the competitive business landscape is highlighted. Incentives are considered one of the primary factors influencing performance quality in contemporary work environments. Incentives play a pivotal role in motivating employees and improving their performance, thereby contributing to the achievement of organizational objectives. Therefore, this research aims to investigate the extent to which incentives impact the enhancement of performance quality in modern work settings. This research will be applied within the Al Bayan Educational Institution, where a diverse and representative sample of employees from various levels and departments will be selected. The sample will comprise 100 participants to ensure adequate representation of a wide range of job categories and levels. The categories will be divided according to experience, encompassing both seasoned employees and those in relatively less experienced stages or departments. Based on the findings of this research, recommendations will be formulated regarding the effective utilization of incentives to improve performance quality in modern work environments, thereby bolstering the competitiveness of organizations and enabling them to realize their strategic objectives.
