دراسة تحليلية: في منظمات المجتمع المدني السوري
This study aimed to find out the effect of delegation of authority on entrepreneurship in Syrian civil society organizations in the Turkish city of Gaziantep. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was prepared for the purpose of collecting the required information. The study sample was selected from (100) female employees in the Syrian civil society organizations in the Turkish city of Gaziantep, and after collecting the distributed questionnaires and analyzing them using the statistical packages for social sciences spss program.
This study reached several results, the most important of which are: There is a statistically significant relationship between delegation of authority and entrepreneurship in Syrian civil society organizations. In addition, the delegation of authority has a positive impact on many matters that lead Syrian civil society organizations to leadership in their work.
