The study dealt with the main influence on the course of the war and the situation in Gaza, which is “social media and its role in what is happening in Gaza.” The descriptive approach was relied upon, which is compatible with the subject of the study. The questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting information and was distributed to 246 young people who use social networking sites.
One of the most important findings of the study is the direct impact of social networking sites on all segments of society regarding what is happening in Gaza, and the presence of statistical significance between the grade point averages of university students regarding the role that social networking sites play in the Gaza Holocaust.
