الأمر بالمعروف والنّهي عن المنكر – دراسة فقهيّة سياسيّة تحليليّة –
The status of the Propagation of Virtue and the Prevention of Vice is considered as the largest mandatory phenomena for the nation in the Islamic sharia, because this imposed situation presents a valuable mission, moral and correctional imperatives in the movement of General religious and political field, whereby incite the Islamic jurisprudential mind in the early stage of the history of Doctrinal and jurisprudence controversy to searching for the important sharia’s conditions, descriptions and standards for this obligation.
Also search for this due precept which wanted on the personal level or the level of adequacy for the community in all its religious, social and political powers are for the whole nation, and what’s entailing on the jurisprudential description from obligations and responsibilities in the field especially in the political direction?
That includes the Islamic jurists in the battle of the political jurisprudence contention which describes the dialectical relationship between society and authority, and that explains this concept and its adaptation and terms of application in the religion and politician society, which makes it from the most important and legitimacy necessities, but considered as the most contrast in its own subjectivity and objectivity in Jurisprudence, especially what’s relation in the field of relation between the ummah’s civil and social forces and the authority and its political power, and I relied in this research on the descriptive analytical method since it is the most appropriate method for political jurisprudence research.
