The issue of reading the Qur’an with musical maqamat is considered one of the thorny issues that has raised controversy within the Islamic scientific arena, between what is permissible for this type of reading and performance, considering that it is a method of Qur’anic performance, and a translation of the meanings of the Qur’an, albeit in an audio style, basing his view and inference on a group of legal effects and evidence.
