التشريعات الصحفية في موريتانيا :الواقع والتحديات
This presentation presents the history and path of press legislation in Mauritania from its inception until the 2006 Constitution, where these legislations remained linked to political changes and the ebbs and flows and instability they experienced. Every change in the political system is often accompanied by a change in the country’s general constitution, which usually includes a reference to freedoms. The public, including the media and communications, can be distinguished between four stages in the history of press legislation in Mauritania: the stage of its emergence with the constitution of 1963 AD until 1978 AD, the stage of military rule from 1978 AD until 1991 AD, the stage of declaring formal pluralism from 1991 AD until 2006 AD, and finally the stage of 2006 AD until today
