البيع الصحيح في المذاهب الأربعة – دراسة تحليلية مقارنة –
This study dealt with the research of correct selling in the four schools of Islam because it is one of the most important human activities based on the use of the individual’s skills, and it is one of the most important chapters on financial transactions. The research also aims to highlight the concept of sale and its legal ruling and explain its pillars and conditions according to the four imams. This research relies on the descriptive, comparative approach. The conclusion showed the most important results reached by the research.
