Economic Crimes and Their Administrative and Social Impact through the Legal Framework – Readings in Theories and Economic Repercussions –

This study aimed to analyze the components of legislative trends targeting economic crimes. And, to study the methods used in implementation and the corresponding penalties for economic crimes. As well as clarifying the impact of economic crimes on the country’s administrative structures, including their repercussions on public institutions, governance, and citizens’ confidence in the effectiveness of government operations. And clarifying the economic consequences of economic crimes, with a particular focus on their effects on economic growth, investment, job creation, comprehensive economic development, and expanding knowledge. The relationship between economic crimes and their consequences on society, administration and the legal framework surrounding them. To achieve the objectives of the study, a qualitative methodology was used to examine the legal framework and economic repercussions of economic crimes and their impact on the administrative and social aspects. The study reached a set of results, most notably the diversity of definitions and classifications of economic crimes in French, Jordanian, and Egyptian legislation, and the existence of a concerted effort to identify and understand the implications of the economic penal law. The study also showed that economic crimes have serious repercussions on both the economic system and society as a whole. In the economic context, these crimes can lead to financial losses, hinder economic growth, and undermine investor confidence. The study recommended strengthening global coherence: significantly improving cross-border cooperation, facilitating the exchange of information, and streamlining efforts to combat these illicit activities. This includes revitalizing legislative policies, including the comprehensive scope of crimes, transparent prosecution protocols, and appropriate penalties to discourage potential perpetrators of crimes, and enhancing international cooperation through measures such as mutual legal assistance agreements and extradition treaties, through which the investigation and prosecution of transnational economic crimes can be improved. Significantly.
