This study aimed to determine the effect of satisfaction with pay in improving the quality of educational services in the cities of Azaz and Jarablus. To achieve the objectives of the study a questionnaire was prepared for the purpose of collecting the repaired for the purpose of collecting the required information. The study sample was selected from the teaching administrative staff in the universities of northern Syria, after collecting the distributed questionnaires and analyzing them using the statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS) program.
This study reached several results, the most important of which are: There is a statistically significant effect between satisfaction with pay in improving the quality of educational services provided in the universities of northern Syria. In addition, satisfaction with wages among employees contributes to improving the quality of educational services in universities in northern Syria.
