The study aimed to identify The Role of School Principals as Resident Educational Supervisor to activating Active Learning Strategies in the State of Kuwait from the point of view of teachers. And the impact of variables (sex, qualification, experience). In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was distributed to (560) teachers and teachers who were selected by simple random way. The results showed that The Role of School Principals as Resident Educational Supervisor to activating Active Learning Strategies in the State of Kuwait from the point of view of teachers was high. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the perceptions of the members of the study sample towards the role of the principal of the school due to sex and qualification. Educational Supervisor resident in the activation of active learning in the State of Kuwait strategies due to the variable years of experience except evaluation showed differences came in variable of the experienced (5-10 years).
Based on the findings of the study, the study recommended the importance of practicing principals in the State of
Kuwait for their role as resident supervisors in the fields of implementation and evaluation through holding training courses for them and providing the appropriate environment for active learning by school principals active learning strategy, and organizing regular meetings between teachers and educational supervisors.
