علاقة المهارات الناعمة بتشكيل رأس المال الفكري
This study aimed to recognize the Relation of Soft Skills with forming the Intellectual Capital of the employees in Textiles Sector, the study concluded with many findings, such as: the soft skills which have been used by Allodium Textile Factory employees are; communications, problems solving and decisions taking besides teamwork skills, moreover, the employees have gained the work experiences of their colleagues to achieve their tasks properly, the study come out with various recommendations such as: It is so necessary to cover all sections and the units of the Factory with communications media for linking them with each other and to motivate the employees to achieve their tasks on time, furthermore, all employees should bear work faults with full responsibility when occur and to avoid blaming any member among the teamwork.
