Organizational Conflict in Volunteer Work

الصراع التنظيمي في العمل التطوعي

This study aimed to understand the impact of intra-individual and inter-group conflict on volunteer work, using ANOVA analysis on a sample of volunteers. The results showed a statistically significant relationship between intra-individual conflict and commitment/performance in volunteer work, along with a negative effect of inter-group conflict on cooperation and effectiveness in volunteer activities. Based on these findings, it is recommended to enhance a culture of collaboration within volunteer organizations, provide training programs to improve conflict management skills, promote motivational leadership to foster participation and effective decision-making. Effective mechanisms for resolving internal conflicts should be established, and policies should be evaluated to enhance organizational performance and raise awareness about the importance of volunteer work in society. The research adopted the descriptive analytical approach.
