The Republic of Chad has known the Arabic language since the introduction of Islam, and with its spread, the Arabic language spread in large parts of it, and Arabic poetry began in it at the beginning of the thirteenth century, with the appearance of the poet Ibrahim Al-Kanimi known as the Black poet, and due to the emergence of formal Arabic education in Chad and the spread of schools, institutes, universities newspapers and magazines, and back some educated people who came to the country and other factors that contributed to the enrichment and prosperity of Arabic literature, and led to the establishment of the rules of renewal in Chadian Arabic poetry. However, innovation cannot be considered the only aspect that reflects the artistic, emotional aesthetic activity that is called poetry. Rather, every one of these innovators has strong threads that draw him to the usual circle of traditional poetry, which is based on continuous, episodic foundations, and the poet Issa Abdullah, Abdul wahid Hassan Al-senussi, Abdul qadir Muhammad Abba and God is sufficient, Mahdi Fadla, Ahmed Abdul Rahman Ismail, and other innovative poets who expressed and declared their opinions on renewal. during their interviews or from those whose opinions on renewal were deduced from examples of their Nadji poetry.
