التقارب الصيني-الروسي لتحقيق الرخاء المشترك وتداعياته على التوازنات الدولية
The study aims to monitor the Russian-Chinese rapprochement to achieve prosperity for the two countries and its outcomes on international balances as part of the Russian strategy (turning towards the east because the Russian elite realizes the importance of developing relations with the Asian neighborhood, and seeing Central Asia as a geopolitically important region), and the Chinese strategy (pursuing a policy of spreading hegemony through a mechanism Soft power) on the one hand, and a product of a dynamic international environment due to the divergence of American and European policies and positions towards the China-Russia axis on the other hand.
Thus, the Russian-Chinese rapprochement is a feature of the dynamism of international relations, as a contributor to the creation of a multipolar world, the emergence of the BRICS blocs and the Shanghai Organization, and coordination between the Eurasian Union and the Chinese initiative for the economic belt. However, the future of this convergence depends on two scenarios: continuity if Western powers continue to expand in Russian spheres of influence – China, or the possibility of disintegration as a result of a conflict of interests or the success of the US policy of attraction to one of the parties.
