عبد الملك بن حبيب (239هـ) وجهوده في خدمة الفقه المالكي
The research is known as the scholar and jurist Abdul Malik bin Habib (238 AH). The scholar and jurist of Andalusia, and explains his efforts in serving the Maliki school of thought through his clear book, and highlights his contribution to discrediting the Maliki school of thought and making it one of the most famous schools of thought that God has granted acceptance thanks to his jurisprudential opinions that enriched the Maliki jurisprudential books, in which he took the path of comparison between opinions and choosing the most correct one based on Based on the evidence available to him, he was also trying, may God have mercy on him, as much as possible to simplify and clarify previous opinions in a way that removes ambiguity about them. His efforts also include editing evidence on the issues, in addition to his uniqueness in some opinions through his interaction with the issues that occupied his time and place. The research adopted the analytical method.
