The study dealt with a topic. Allegorical and figurative photography and its connotations in the poetry of Hassab Allah Mahdi Fadla as the title of this research, in which he will study all kinds of metaphorical and allegorical images in an applied study through which the various methods used by the poet to clarify his idea through this type of graphic photography are manifested. The methodological problem was the following question: Do metaphor and metaphor have a presence and role in the poetry of Hassab Allah Mahdi Fadla? What kind of metaphor and metaphor did the poet rely on to express the meanings and connotations he wanted to convey to the recipient?
This was in three axes, the first axis included declarative metaphor, the second axis included mechanical metaphor, and the third axis included the metaphor sent and its relations. Through this, the researcher reached the following results:
That the poet has used metaphor abstract colors and absolute and filtered, and the abstract is the most types of metaphorical images contained in his poetry in both axes, but in the metaphor of the sender and his relations, the local are the most common relationships, then followed by partial, then current, then, total, then necessary, then causal, then mechanism, then causation, and the least general and particular, and this evidence of the shortness of images and clarity.
For this study, the researcher chose the classroom approach that relies on analysis, induction and statistics from his tools, while adhering to objectivity and impartiality at all stages of the study.
