أثر إدارة الوقت على كفاءة أداء العاملين
(دراسة الحالة بنك فيصل الإسلامي السوداني)
This study aimed to identify the impact of time management on the efficiency of employees ‘ performance, and to find out the methods used by institutions and individuals to increase time and crisis management skills. The researcher used the descriptive method because this study falls within the survey research, as well as the researcher used the analytical descriptive and statistical methods
The study reached several results, the most important of which are: the role of the environment and learned behavior, i.e. our lifestyle has a big role in acquiring Time and crisis management skills, and the culture of interest in time management in our society is decreasing. The study concluded by making several recommendations, the most important of which are: the need to pay attention to the culture of time, starting at the stages of basic education and higher education, in government institutions, and the private sector, by coming up with a society that has a high culture of the importance of time in human life at the present time.
