دور استراتيجيات الإدارة المرئية في تعزيز المناعة التنظيمية في المؤسسات الخدمية القطرية
The purpose of the current study is to ascertain how visual management strategies might strengthen organizational immunity in service organizations located in Qatar. The study sample comprised 643 workers from three service institutions located in the State of Qatar. Descriptive analytical approach was the method used in the investigation. The questionnaire served as the study instrument, and the AMOS program was used to test the study hypotheses through structural equation modeling (SEM). The study discovered that there was a high degree of use of visual management strategies and organizational immunity in Qatari service institutions. The study findings indicate that the three visual management strategies— setting business rules strategy, purification strategy, and rationalization strategy — had a significant effect on the three organizational immunity dimensions—organizational learning, organizational genes, and organizational memory—in Qatari service institutions. The study made recommendations about the need for precise work plans that account for technical and administrative factors as well as the requirement of promoting employee involvement in task-related decision-making.
