“دور الرؤية الاستراتيجية في استدامة منظمات المجتمع المدني” – دراسة تطبيقية على منظمات المجتمع المدني العاملة في سورية –
This research aims mainly to identify the role of the long-term strategic vision in the sustainability of civil society organizations in Syria, Being one of the most important requirements of modern management in our contemporary time, This research was discussed by answering a main question: What is the role of the long-term strategic vision in the sustainability of civil society organizations in Syria? The researcher relied on the descriptive analytical method to measure the independent variable (strategic vision) and the dependent variable (sustainability), As well as testing the alternative hypothesis that there is a statistically significant relationship between the formulation of the strategic vision and the sustainability of civil society organizations in Syria, Note that the research community represents civil society organizations in Syria, The research sample was a random sample of (43) individuals working in those organizations, The researcher designed a questionnaire consisting of (20) statements to collect information and data from the sample studied and analyze it using the statistical program SPSS, One of the most important results reached by the researcher was that there was a statistically significant impact on the focus of the organization’s practice of its work according to a long-term strategic vision in its impact on sustainability, The researcher also recommended that decision-makers in accordance with a long-term strategic vision from strategic plan .
