Artificial intelligence (AI) is becoming more common in everyday life, and its role in healthcare is growing, with the potential to transform patient care. The aim of this study was to determine if AI improves healthcare management by evaluating how its characteristics—such as learning, reasoning, perception, problem-solving, and language understanding—affect management. The study was based on a positivist approach, meaning the researcher remained objective, focusing on data collection and interpretation. A combination of descriptive and analytical research designs was used. The descriptive method involved gathering relevant data and information, while the analytical method was used to analyze the results from the questionnaires. A total of 160 participants completed the survey, and the data was analyzed using SPSS version 25, with the results presented in tables. The findings revealed a statistically significant connection between Artificial Intelligence characteristics and healthcare management, indicating that Artificial Intelligence positively impacts management in healthcare.
