ThisresearchaimstoinvestigatetherelationshipbetweencorporateGovernanceandCorporateSustainablePerformance,inthefieldofapplicationwhichisfoodCompanies’employeesinTheArabRepublicofEgypt.Theresearchadoptedthephilosophyofpositivism,thedeductiveapproach,andthemethodofquantitativeandqualitativeanalysisastheresearchmethodology.Theinstrumentutilizedfordatacollectionwasthequestionnaire.Consequently,(400)usablequestionnaireswerecollectedelectronicallythroughsocialmediachannelsfromtheemployeesoffoodindustriesintheArabRepublicofEgypt.Inaddition,UsingSMARTPLSV4.0toexplorethecausalrelationshipsbetweentheresearchvariables.ThefindingsrevealthatthereisasignificantpositivecorrelationrelationshipbetweencorporateGovernanceandCorporateSustainablePerformance.Inaddition,thisresearchalsohassignificantpracticalimplicationsandguidelinesforthefoodindustry,andtheoreticalimplicationsforresearcherswhoareinterestedinresearchvariables.
