التعليل المقاصدي وأثره في توجيه الأحكام الشرعية
This study aims to highlight the impact of the intentional reasoning approach on the legal rulings from the point of view of their reasons for graduation, revision and investigation, using the descriptive approach in order to collect data and then analyze them in order to arrive at a set of results that can be invested in the objectives of the lesson, the most important of which is to emphasize that the reasoning approach The total is consistent with the nature of the eternal Sharia and responds to the requirements of the details of the facts that are marked by the overlap and complexity with which partial justification is often impossible.
