The research aims to explain the extent to which approval is linked to legitimate politics, and to show its effect on its rulings, in that the approval is evidence from which legal rulings are derived, and the interest that is most likely to be thought by the mujtahid who looks into the issues to bring down on them rulings commensurate with the living conditions and conditions, and this is what is represented by the legal policy The legislator did not stipulate its provisions entirely. What you have to make of it is more than a guide among the most important findings of the researcher: the evidence of approval and politics have an influential relationship; As this example is considered a law of ijtihad, and a pioneer of the literature, which makes it embody it and repels embarrassment and notions, which makes it a guideline that is affected by the rulings of legal politics; Therefore, it constitutes an asset that is derived from its legal rulings.
