The aim of this research is to try to identify the extent of the impact of consultation on the performance of administrative employees and to know the extent of the impact of participation in decision-making on the performance of administrative employees, as well as to reach knowledge of the extent of the impact of morale on the performance of administrative employees, as the field study was in the schools of the Holy Revelation in Idlib, and accordingly the research dealt with two basic variables, which are human relations and job performance, so that the research sample consisted of (40) male and female employees with the use of the comprehensive inventory method, and the student also used the descriptive approach, because it is the most appropriate for such topics, also relying on the interview as tools for collecting data.
This research attempts to answer the following main question: To what extent do human relations affect job performance among administrative employees in the schools of the Holy Revelation in Idlib?
The research concluded that there is a correlation between human relations and job performance among administrative employees in the schools of the Holy Revelation in Idlib.
Based on the results, a set of scientific recommendations were directed to companies and institutions, including paying attention to the concept of human relations, and moving towards investing in establishing systems and policies that enhance human relations, which leads to a positive impact on job performance.
This research is considered an important contribution to scientific research in the field of human relations theories in management, and this research can be used as a basis for future research and for its application in other contexts.
