النظرية النسوية وأثرها على المرأة في المجتمعات الإسلامية– دراسة تحليلية نقدية –
The study aimed to identify the conceptual framework of feminism and the rights of Muslim women through feminist theory and the position of Islam on this theory and to clarify the rights of women according to the correct Islamic religion. It used the analytical and critical approaches to achieve the objectives of the study, and reached several results, the most: Feminism at its beginning demanded the rights of Western women, but with the passage of time it became demanding absolute equality with the opposite sex, and feminism encourages forbidden relationships and perversions under the name of love relationships, and we find that Islam has raised the status of women and elevated their status, and gave them their right to freedom, life and expression Opinion, action and learning are contrary to what feminism claims, and that the spread of misconceptions about the Islamic religion is a result of patriarchal interpretations, and that the rulings that change with the change of time and place are rulings based on custom and customs, not rulings derived from the Holy Qur’an, for the rulings of the Qur’an are fixed and valid for every place and time.
The study reached many proposals, including: We must know our Islamic religion correctly, away from the claimant of Islam, and understand the Qur’an and its rulings so as not to be a victim of Western theories and ideas, and the need to educate women about their rights in Islam and give them the correct evidence from the Holy Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Prophet and to educate them about the goals of Western Theories During the curricula and educational and awareness activities.
