The research focuses on the factors that influence employee loyalty in Lebanese organizations. The Lebanese reality is characterized by instability, cultural diversity and unique working conditions. Understanding these factors is essential for developing business strategies for human resource management. The aim of this study is to identify the main factors of employee loyalty in Lebanese organizations, to analyze their evolution in different sectors and organizational cultures, and to assess their impact on organizational performance. Using a mixed-methods approach, data were collected through quantitative questionnaires and qualitative interviews with 200 employees from different sectors (information technology, health, and education) using random stratified samples. The quantitative questionnaires used Meyer and Allen’s (1999) organizational commitment scale, and the semi-structured interviews aimed to elicit employees’ perceptions of the factors influencing their loyalty. The results show that working conditions, management style and development opportunities are key factors influencing employee loyalty. Recognition and open communication are key factors determined by the organization’s culture.
