This study aimed to identify the main requirements that must be met to successfully implement digital transformation in primary health care projects, by identifying the basic requirements for the current technological infrastructure in health care centers and identifying the current systems and technologies used and the extent of their integration and effectiveness in providing health services. The study followed the descriptive approach in describing the phenomenon and studying the case of primary health care projects. One of the study’s most important findings was that training employees to use new technologies and develop their skills is an essential element for the success of digital transformation. Digital transformation also improves communication between medical teams and allows for the integration of health information. The results of the study also showed that digital transformation in primary healthcare projects provides great opportunities to improve the quality of healthcare and increase the efficiency of operations.
