This research was conducted in light of Islamic law with regard to reforming Afghan society from the marriage of girls according to the school curriculum and field research, compared to what was stated in Afghan laws, and the negative impact on Afghans. Community. The researcher reached several important conclusions: Sharia imposes parental responsibility for the actions of the children according to their ages, and it conflicts with the actions of the parents that relate to the personal lives of the children, if these actions are based on malicious intentions and Kant contradicts the spirit of Islamic teachings.
