This research addresses the concept of physical education and its characteristics as an essential part of the curriculum in schools.
The research highlights the problems faced by schools in Lebanon, especially public schools, with regard to the shortage of specialized teachers and their preparation to keep pace with the rapid global development.

The research provides an explanation of the Lebanese sports curriculum followed in public schools, which was developed by the Educational Center for Research and Development, especially for the sixth grade.
The research proposes an experimental card to improve the performance of the physical education teacher and enhance the outputs of the sports class, focusing on three levels: cognitive, skill and emotional, in addition to the proposed improvements in the evaluation process
