Abstract:
This study reveals the interdisciplinary dimension in modern linguistics, and its impact on the emergence of modern linguistic branches, and has leaned in determining this intellectual curve on the presentation of the trends of “psycholinguistics”, which is an area of intercognitive convergence between linguistics and psychology, the study stood on the history of the interrelationship between the two sciences, and its development among scientists, and the impact of this inter-development in the emergence of linguistic and psychological schools mainly concerned with the relationship between language and thought, leading to the emergence of two overlapping branches in linguistics and psychology.
Language is a tool and a means of understanding and friction between members of society, nations worked to learn and teach it, and like the Arabs in that, like others, where they meant their language learning and education, they deliberately published, and today in the midst of the mixing of societies, and in light of events, wars and media conflict, teaching Arabic speakers has become a sacred duty, as educational institutions in the Arab countries have taken the initiative to open institutes
And special sections and divisions to teach Arabic to non-native speakers, not to mention the countries of the world that today teach Arabic as a basic and necessary requirement
