The paper addresses a topic closely related to contemporary reality: the issue of abstract rights, their meaning, legal status, and the perspectives of various Islamic jurists on the matter. It explores references made by classical scholars to this issue, examines the views of contemporary scholars, and provides an analysis of each opinion with detailed reasoning. Ultimately, the paper presents a conclusion that aligns best with established legal principles. The research adopted the descriptive approach and its tools such as induction and analysis, and the research was divided into three sections: the right and its sections, moral financial rights, contemporary issues in abstract rights such as copyright, authorship, and trademark, contemporaries have differed in them, some allowed and others prevented, and this paper will present the views of the two groups with a statement of their evidence, and present their words on the statements of jurists, especially the imams of the Hanafi school, to graduate this issue on their statements.
