ترجمة الاتفاقيات الدولية وإشكالية تعدد المعنى
The legal translation aims to find an appropriate alternative and identical version of the legal document, text and subject, in which the translator takes into account legal systems, cultural considerations and related terms and highlights the original concept without any difference or ambiguity. Since the function of the legal term is not limited to transferring individual concepts but rather transferring them within a network of interconnected concepts and a system governed by a set of considerations, legal translation is a work of its own and its mechanisms that must be set up to produce a legal text that matches the original text.
