الاحتياجات التدريبية لمعلمي محو الأمية من وجهة نظرهم في ضوء المهارات الحياتية -دراسة ميدانية بشمال المغرب إقليم تطوان–
The study aimed to identify the training requirements of the literacy teachers from their point of view. The researcher used the analytical descriptive method. The study tool questionnaire consisted of (51) items distributed over the study fields. The tool was applied to the study sample from (150) literacy teachers in Tetouan in the academic year 2020/ 2021.
After verifying the validity and stability of the tool, and analyzing the results, the study reached to identify the network of basic skills needed for literacy teachers in the light of life skills, where the basic skills of literacy teachers to teach life skills were limited to four axes (functional skills – mental skills – social skills – personal skills). The number of sub-skills reached 51 skills distributed over the four dimensions. The estimates of the study sample members of the training needs from their point of view on all axes of the training needs scale in light of life skills and on the scale as a whole were significantly. Among the most prominent recommendations is the recognition of the function of the “literacy component” and attention to the sustainable professional development of literacy teachers and training in life skills.
