This study aimed to identify the status of the social responsibility of Al-Quds University as viewed by the faculty members of the university. The study population consisted of all (320) faculty members, the sample of the study was a random sample of (130) of the faculty members. The descriptive approach was used in this study by using questionnaire. The validity and the reliability of the tool were verified by appropriate educational and statistical methods.
The results of the study, revealed that the reality of the social responsibility of Al Quds University according to its fields, the estimations were moderate, with an average mean of (3.32), while the environmental and health aspect had the highest mean (3.51), the economic field came with the lowest arithmetic average (3.11). The results of the study revealed that there are no statistically significant differences between the estimates of the members of the study sample of the faculty members for the reality of social responsibility due to the different study variables. The researchers introduced some recommendations based on its results.
