ترتيب دلالات الالفاظ عند الاصوليين حال التعارض – دراسة مقارنة
The study aims to identify the sections of semantics of utterances and the reality of the conflict in them, and the opinions of scholars in terms of their position in the topics of the science of jurisprudence, and how to arrange them in case of conflict. The importance of the study comes from the fact that a small part of the differences of jurists in the branches of jurisprudence is based on their differences in the ways in which the word denotes the legal ruling, which indicates a clear indication that their difference is the fruit of a systematic scientific difference. The study followed the descriptive, inductive and analytical approach, collecting information from its original sources, then analyzing and commenting on it. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are. The two fundamentalist schools agree in their arrangement of semantics in presenting the explicit utterance that corresponds to the meaning of the phrase according to the Hanafi school over all other connotations. And that the signification of the gesture is included in the meaning of the expression according to the Hanafis, and for the theologians it comes immediately after the indication of necessity. They differ in the order in which each of them puts the indication of the reference. The difference between the two schools in the order in which each of them put this sign is close, and that the signs have characteristics that represent controls in the interpretation of texts and the deduction of rulings. The study recommends conducting detailed independent studies in these fundamentalist rules because of their importance in deriving and knowing the rulings.
