حكم زواج المتلاعنين بعد انفصالهما بمقتضى الملاعنة – دراسة فقهية مقارنة
This research aims to explain the ruling on the marriage of individuals who have invoked mutual curses after their separation as a result of the mutual cursing that occurred between them, and to elaborate on the opinions of scholars regarding this matter. It also discusses the legal procedures related to this issue pursued by the Sunni Sharia court in Lebanon. The research begins by defining the concept of cursing linguistically and legally, its ruling, and whether it leads to divorce or annulment, highlighting the differences between these two outcomes and their consequences. The research relied on the inductive, analytical and comparative method.
