الآثار القانونية المترتبة على استخدام شركات التمويل الاستهلاكي والبيع بالتقسيط لتكنولوجيا الذكاء الاصطناعي والروبوتات في التعاقد
Man is social by nature and cannot live isolated from his fellow man, as he needs food, drink, housing, clothing and other requirements. In order to meet these needs, he will enter into transactions with others, and these transactions may be sale, lease, or other contracts. Most of these contracts are netting contracts, and the prevailing contract in that is the sale contract, where the seller delivers the thing sold and the buyer pays the price.
However, in some sales, the buyer does not pay the full price, but rather makes a partial payment, or what is known as selling by installments; The buyer pays part of the price called the down payment and the rest in the form of installments. It is permissible for a person to sell or buy a commodity for a known term, even if the price of selling or buying it for a fixed term exceeds the price of selling or buying it immediately. There is nothing wrong with that as long as it is in an independent transaction, because it has been known that time has a share in the price, and this is what is required by the rules of Sharia and by which the interests of people are achieved. However, for this to be valid, the sale must fulfill the conditions considered in the sales contract.
