أثر الاستقرار الوظيفي على دوران العاملين في الموارد البشرية – دراسة حالة على مستشفى الملك خالد –
The study aimed to identify the effect of job stability on employee turnover at King Khalid Hospital, and to reveal the relationship between job stability and employee turnover at King Khalid Hospital according to the variable (educational qualification and experience). The research used the analytical descriptive approach, and a random sample of (73) employees was selected from the employees of Khalid Hospital in Najran. The questionnaire was employed to collect data. The results of the study revealed that there is an inverse relationship between job stability and employee turnover at King Khalid Hospital, where the Pearson correlation coefficient was (-.014), and the significance value was (.913). There are no statistically significant differences between the effect of job stability on employee turnover in King Khalid Hospital, depending on the variable (educational level), and there are no statistically significant differences between the effect of job stability on employee turnover at King Khalid Hospital according to the variable (experience). The study recommended the need to create an effective system for job stability within the hospital by enhancing the value of employees, increasing the rates of moral and financial incentives that encourage employees to continue in the job, and developing the capabilities of employees through continuous vocational training, which enhances their love and belonging to the institution and reduces the desire to leave the job.
