The aim of this research is to know the reality of E-learning and its impact on enhancing the institutional performance of Yemeni commercial banks. The researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach. The researcher conducted a comprehensive survey of all employees in the banks. Questionnaires were distributed to them (115)، and (106) were recovered، after conducting a statistical analysis of the data by (SPSS) program. A number of results were reached، the most important of which are: the reality of E-learning in Yemeni commercial banks was high، and the reality of institutional performance in Yemeni commercial banks was also high. There is a statistically significant impact of E-training on institutional performance in Yemeni commercial banks.
The researcher presented a set of recommendations، the most important of which are: the need to pay attention to E-learning in Yemeni commercial banks and develop it continuously. Enhancing institutional performance in Yemeni commercial banks and addressing deficiencies and imbalances. Improving E-training continuously for its significant impact on institutional performance in commercial banks.
