أثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تطوير بيئة الأعمال في البنوك التجارية الأردنية
This survey study aimed to know the nature of the impact of information technology in the development of business environment in commercial banks. To collect data from respondents, (200) questionnaires, it consisted of 29 questions, were distributed to the study sample, and (190) of them were returned, valid for statistical analysis, with a response rate of 95%.
After statistical analysis, the results showed that there is an important statistical impact of all dimensions of information technology (hardware, software, human resources, communication networks, databases) on the development of the business environment in Jordanian commercial banks.
One of the most important recommendations recommended by the study is that banks should be interested in providing digital technology to all employees and dealers without discrimination, and even encourage them to use it gradually, simplifying its use in line with their daily uses and needs and the importance of organizing training courses for employees to keep pace with technology permanently, and that they must create a strong culture and advanced technology continuously to remain Banks capable of facing current and future challenges.
